Our Corporate Compliance Process

As a company and as individual team members of Vivage, we share a commitment to legal, ethical, and professional conduct and support these commitments in everything we do. Our success as a healthcare service provider depends on our personal and professional integrity, responsibility to act in good faith, and obligation to do the right things for the right reasons.

The Compliance Process is an established structure to teach, support, and monitor these commitments, ensuring that these principles and standards guide us in meeting and exceeding legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities.

Our communication and reporting process for compliance issues is referred to as the Three-Step Reporting Process and is used whenever a question or concern surfaces. Because reports may involve possible violations of laws, regulations, policies and procedures, or the Code of Conduct, team members must report suspected or observed wrongdoing promptly.

Three-Step Reporting Process:

  1. Talk to your supervisor. He or she is familiar with laws, regulations, and policies that relate to your work.
  2. If you are not comfortable talking to your supervisor, or are not satisfied with their response, speak to the Administrator.
  3. If your concern is still unresolved, contact the Compliance Team or call the 24-Hour Hotline at 303-996-5151 or 1-800-754-4077 ext. 275. All contacts are confidential, and you may remain anonymous. Additionally, you may talk to the Compliance Officer, Drew Filchak.
