Led by Mark Osweiler, Vice President of Senior Housing, formerly with Morningstar Communities, Vivage has begun its inaugural project with Crown Point Assisted Living and Memory Care to be located in Parker, CO. Groundbreaking for the Parker project will be June 23, 2015. Vivage will serve as development consultant and manager for Crown Point, LLC, made up of local developers, Steve Cersonsky, Michael Zeitlin, and Katherine Ellman, and the principals of Vivage Quality Health Partners. Crown Point Assisted Living and Memory Care will be located across from Parker Adventist Hospital, at Parker Road and E-470, planned for groundbreaking June 2015 in Parker, CO.
