What We Offer: Services & Amenities

Dementia Care – Allison Care Center has a team of care partners caring for individuals living with progressive dementias, such as Alzheimer’s disease. We offer a secure dementia care neighborhood with wander guard safety systems in place. Through innovative practices such as the Virtual Dementia Tour®, we can provide our care partners with a hands-on experience of what it might be like to live with dementia, which in turn improves quality care with an empathetic approach.

Rehabilitation and Wellness – Allison’s team of on-site therapists and clinical care partners support each resident with a broad range of medical care and services for conditions requiring therapeutic intervention.

Rehabilitation

Allison Care Center offers a rehabilitation team of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists to ensure optimal health. For individuals returning home, we provide an Outpatient Therapy program for continuity of care and continued recovery.

Skilled Nursing and Chronic Disease Management

Our skilled nursing team provides complex clinical care such as IV (Infusion) therapy, wound care, and chronic disease management. We also offer respiratory therapy as a therapeutic intervention for lung health. On-site physician visits offer convenience, expertise, medical oversight, and coordination of care.

Short-Term and Respite Care

No matter the length of stay, Allison Care Center provides person-centered care and opportunities to incorporate interests, activities, and engagement, making it easy to create meaningful connections with others who are navigating similar experiences. Allison Care Center offers respite care for individuals when at-home personal caregivers either take a vacation or simply need some time for recovery. During their stay with us, your loved one will receive care and support in a safe, comfortable environment which promotes person-centered care and well-being.

Hospice and Comfort

Our End of Life programming and comfort care services, including hospice and palliative care, focus on symptom management, pain relief- and end of life wishes. Team members at Allison Care Center customize care plans for each individual, and we do everything we can to ensure residents live comfortably during their last chapter of life.
